退款政策

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you need to submit a request via the Contact Us section on our website. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If your refund request is accepted, we will confirm this via email and request banking information such as confirmation of credit or debit card used originally for the purchase. The refund will be processed back to the card used to purchase the item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns. If you have requested a refund for an item purchased via our website and we confirm a refund will be given, you are not required to return the item.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. Please choose carefully, refunds will not be given for change of mind or customer misuse of products.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and processed your request, and let you know if the refund will be approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
